Marketing Executive
Gifted with a sharp mind, an innate ability to connect with others and an insatiable thirst for excellence, Tuan Haifa Binti Tuan Khaidir is the marketing executive of DMR Design&Build’s Malaysia office with many years of experience in design and construction industry.
For more than 8 years of experience, she has succeeded in many projects from Luxury Hotels to Retail projects. She has great skills in communicating with target audiences.
Siti Nor Atiqah Fadhilah
Human Resources
Siti Nor Atiqah Fadhilah has been employed at DMR Design&Build as a human resources administrator and Finance Manager for 2 years. Having worked mostly in the areas of finance for international corporations she is very familiar with financial document support, recruitment, and staff training. She consults with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications. Siti Nor Atiqah Fadhilah earned her Master in Science Engineering Business Management degree in Universiti Teknologi in Malaysia. She is always positive and keeping the team motivated and inspiring them to achieve their targets.
Nurnazar Amangeldiyev
Operational Director
Nurnazar has over 6 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive Residential and Commercial project portfolios as well as experience managing complex projects. He began his career as an Assistant Project Manager and evolved into positions including Director of Project Controls and Operational Director.
Nurnazar Amangeldiev is the Operational Director of DMR Design and Build and a member of the company’s board of directors. He bringing Operational Director experience to his role with the company.
Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Jimmy Choo, L’Occitane En Provence, Vattanac Properties, Rosewood Hotel, Corus Hotel, and Zuellig Pharmaceutical.
Nurnazar’s education includes Zaman University – Civil Engineering and has a vast understanding of construction projects.
Aylar Amangeldiyeva
Senior Interior Designer
Aylar has participated in all phases of a project, from programming through construction administration. Aylar has created multiple design concepts, presented to clients and project teams to receive design approval. Partnership and clear communication with consultants allowed achievement of design intent while maintaining control of scope, budget, and schedule. She has many skills with incorporated sustainable design and has a 10-years project experience. She collaborated with project architects on building footprint to assure efficient interior workflow.
Aylar is highly skilled at evaluating needs, creating designs and developing relationships to provide a positive outcome. Aylar has a strong understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of a space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. Colour palette, material choice and finishes are all equally important – each element is essential to creating one cohesive look that is both resolved and innovative.

Rahim Amangeldi

With 15 years of professional experience in the discipline of architecture, Rahym brings a great variety of expertise to the firm. He has worked intensely on various commercial projects ranging from speculative office buildings and multi-family housing projects to user-specific facilities, sports and fitness centers, and institutional-type projects.
With a concentration on custom residential work, he has become recognized as one of the finest architects of custom residences in the community. He possesses exemplary skills at maneuvering the difficult and complex problems of challenging. Philosophically, he ascribes to the principle that the professional service of architecture is responsible for instilling value within its product. Professionally, he sets the criterion within the office for a client-responsive approach to design which has resulted in a service-oriented standard of success within the industry.
